Refund policy

At Clarte Lights, your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase are important to us. If your order does not meet expectations, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for new, unused, and unopened products only.
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or incorrect upon delivery.

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or installation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us by email at:

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

6. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
