Warranty & support
Three years on the lamp, the charging dock and the remote. One year on battery manufacturing faults, with the battery treated as a serviceable part rather than a sealed component: when one reaches the end of its life you replace the battery and keep the lamp. Replacement batteries, pads and remotes stay available for the life of the model, and a fault in your first weeks is handled as a straight replacement, not a repair queue.
Availability & lead times
Brushed brass is the standard finish and is the quickest to ship. Other finishes are made to order from 30 lamps, which adds production time to your delivery. Because an order for a full floor is built and checked as one batch, the delivery date is confirmed with your quotation rather than promised in advance, and a trial lamp goes out separately so you can see it on your tables while the project is still being planned.
