Clarté Pro
Warranty
Your warranty starts the day your order is delivered. There is nothing to register.
What is covered
Faults in materials or workmanship: the housing, the LED module, the driver, the switch, the charging contacts and the finish. The same applies to the charging dock and the remote control.
If something fails, we repair it, replace the part, or replace the unit. On an approved claim we cover the return freight both ways.
Nightly service is covered
These lamps are built to run every evening. Daily commercial use in a restaurant, hotel or bar does not void this warranty. That is the job they were designed for.
The warranty travels with the lamp
If your venue bought through a designer, a procurement team or a distributor, the warranty stays with the venue. You do not need to have bought directly from us to claim.
The battery cell
One year against manufacturing faults.
A lithium cell loses capacity as it is charged. That is wear, not a fault, and no manufacturer covers it.
So we handle it differently. The cell is a separate part at £14.95 that your team swaps in seconds, with the lamp still on the table. We keep it available for as long as the system is in production.
What is not covered
- Drops, impact and breakage
- Liquid beyond the IP54 rating
- Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than us
- Third party parts or chargers
- Cosmetic wear from normal handling
- Loss of battery capacity over time
- Loss and theft
Transit damage is not a warranty matter. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will sort it out separately.
How to claim
Email info@clartelights.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
In most cases we can diagnose the fault without you sending anything back. If we do need the unit, we arrange the collection and we pay for it.
