Set the warmth once from the remote. Swap the battery between covers if you like, just to feel it. Then look at the table at close and ask your team what they noticed.

If the room says yes, your £29 is credited in full against your first order and we plan your floor together, with trade pricing by volume. If not, you keep the lamp and we part well.

What exactly is in the sample set?
The Pro lamp in the model you choose, a modular battery fitted and charged, the charging dock and the remote control. It is the same hardware a full venue installation runs, so what you judge is what you would buy.
How long does the battery actually run?
14 hours at full brightness, which covers a complete evening service with your late crowd still lit at close. At 25% brightness it runs up to 42 hours. Most venues operate between 50 and 75%, which gives one to two full services on a single charge.
How does the £29 credit work?
When you place your first order, the full £29 comes off it. We arrange the credit personally with your account, so it applies cleanly whatever size your first order is. You keep the sample lamp regardless of what you decide.
Can I sample more than one model?
We arrange each sample personally to keep the programme fair, so it is one set per venue. If your project genuinely needs two silhouettes side by side, reply to your order confirmation and we will look at it together.
Is there trade pricing for the full floor?
Yes. Volume pricing runs in tiers, up to 35% depending on your number of lamps, and larger projects are quoted individually. Your sample confirmation includes the trade pricing for your venue size, so the numbers are on the table before you decide anything.
What if it does not suit the room?
Then it does not suit the room, and that is exactly what the sample is for. You keep the lamp, there is nothing to send back and nothing further expected. The programme only works if the answer is allowed to be no.

We onboard a limited number of trade accounts each month.
Every sample is arranged personally, and every new venue is set up the way we would want our own room set up. That only works in small numbers.
